Public areas, airports, railway stations and larger facilities that feature high traffic frequency make high and frequently changing demands on barriers, traffic signs and signage. The proven Public Bollard System now offers the flexibility required for removal or expansion in cases of provisional changes to traffic management. With little effort the bollard can be replaced, for example, with signage masts for signposts, road signs or information boards. These can be straightforwardly and sturdily mounted on the bollard base using a bayonet twist lock. If no function is required, the ground-level foundations of the bollard permit barrier-free passage for pedestrians and other road users.
