Parkly school yard challenge

A PARKLY seating landscape with the following elements:

• 3 Seater M Backrest Double

You decide which colors (within the standard palette) and which configuration. If you want more elements, you can purchase them from us at special conditions.

Here you can get an impression of the possibilities offered by the PARKLY system.

Conditions of participation:

• School classes throughout Switzerland from the 4th grade onwards are eligible to participate.

• A teacher can apply with their class or an entire school can apply.

• A committed teacher takes responsibility for the entire implementation of the project and serves as the contact person for BURRI & PARKLY. They take care of obtaining permission for the PARKLY seating landscape to be installed. The PARKLY system does not require any foundations and can be moved using a pallet truck.

• You are free to choose the design of the seating landscape. We provide some basic elements, but the final design is your project! You are also free to choose the colors (within the standard palette).
• Permission for film and photo shoots is mandatory. The teacher agrees to the publication of the material in print and online media, including social media. The consent of the parents or legal guardians is available in written form. The material will be submitted to the teacher for review prior to publication.
• The installation of the PARKLY seating landscape will add noticeable value to the schoolyard.
• The project will be integrated into the teacher's lessons, and the educational benefits, such as spatial understanding, creativity, team spirit, design, and decision-making, will contribute to the further development of the students.
• The application is made with a video: In a maximum of 3 minutes, you show where the PARKLY seating landscape should be installed, who you are, and why your class deserves this seating landscape!
  The video will be used exclusively for judging and will not be published.
• The PARKLY seating area will be set up in April 2026 at the earliest by the school class, teachers, and other helpers if needed. BURRI will support the construction with an expert assembly team.
• The planting of the PARKLY seating landscape will be organized and financed by the winning class.
  We will of course be happy to advise you on suitable plants, shrubs, or trees.
• The construction will then be celebrated with a small party.
• The application process consists of two steps: First, you must register via the website.
  We will then send you an email with instructions on where to upload your application video.
• If your project requires more elements than those suggested in the basic configuration, you can purchase them from us at special rates.
  
• The deadline for submissions is February 28, 2026.
