Inclusive outdoor furniture for the park of the Museum Tinguely

The Museum Tinguely's park, which is open to the public, is not only a place for rest and relaxation, but also an inspiring interplay of sculptures, colours and living nature.

This public space offers its users a variety of possibilities: watching the water games of the Tinguely fountain, playing a round of chess with friends, enjoying a picnic in the shade of the large trees, reading, relaxing or chatting.

All these activities are made possible by the custom-made outdoor furniture that BURRI was asked to develop and construct for the park. All the furniture is made of Swiss larch wood.

The furniture, which was developed from the Landi line, includes several round bench-table combinations, the round bench of which is not closed. This means that a wheelchair user can easily be among the table company. Less agile visitors will also find it easier to sit down on the benches. Living inclusion - every day.

The straight landi benches under the canopies of the Tinguely Museum provide space for the chess pieces. The material for the children's workshops in the park and other events can also be stored here.
