Fair

We are fair when our actions and activities promote independence and autonomy, everyone acts in a self-responsible manner and for the good of the greater good, and in the end everyone is satisfied without restriction.

Self-responsibility
Being self-responsible means: I first measure myself against the yardstick I set for others. I hold myself accountable and thus lay the foundation for commitment. Fairness is an act of self-responsibility.

Giving and receiving recognition
Satisfaction arises when you yourself feel that you have done something really well, that your commitment is seen by those around you.

Do not judge - be kind - do not judge, be kind

  • I treat myself and others as I would like to be treated.
  • I am the change I would like to see in the world (according to Mahatma Ghandi).
  • We give everyone the chance to use everything they know and can - regardless of their status, position or education.
  • We do not ask anyone to do something they cannot do.
  • Mistakes are helpers on the way to the perfection we strive for.
  • We see mistakes as a "school for the curious" and as a basis for innovation.
  • We give everyone a second chance.
  • We recognise when someone cannot act differently on their own and accept that.
