The VM 6000 has history: it was the first BURRI bollard and was developed specially for the emergency services in the city of Zurich. The optional green top indicates to the police, the Fire Service and the Ambulance Service that the bollard can be driven over in an emergency. The VM 6000 barrier system is used to separate off pedestrian zones, parking spaces, private roads and garage forecourts, to give just a few examples.
It is ideal for roads in inner cities which are used for weekly markets, festivals, parades and other events.
