Places with a view

In the Hüttikerberg–Sandbühl landscape corridor, the Limmattal Agricultural Park brings together agriculture, infrastructure, and local recreation. A collection of furniture was designed specifically for this site to encourage interaction, offer views, and provide a place to linger in the landscape.

In the heart of the Limmat Valley, the Agrarpark is creating a new type of landscape that combines agriculture, infrastructure, and local recreation. As part of the initial measures undertaken by Gersbach Landschaftsarchitektur and SKK Landschaftsarchitekten AG, spaces for gathering and lingering have been created.

To this end, a furniture collection was developed based on the classic Landi line, which was further refined specifically for the Agrarpark context. It includes panoramic benches, double benches, loungers, and seat-table combinations, offering a variety of uses along the landscape corridor.

The furniture combines functionality, sustainability, and inclusivity. Movable double benches allow for flexible use and are also suitable for wheelchair users and strollers. At the same time, the foundation-free construction and durable materials ensure resource-efficient use. At selected locations, the panoramic benches offer unobstructed views of the Limmat Valley, bringing the landscape to life.
